Privacy policy

1. What we collect
We collect the email address you give us when you join the waitlist, the order information Dodo Payments shares with us after a purchase (name and email), and anything you send us directly in a support email.
2. What we do not collect
We never collect or store card data, that is handled entirely by Dodo Payments. We do not track how you use the kits after you download them, kits run locally inside your own Claude Code setup and phone home to no one. Your API keys (TwitterAPI.io, OpenRouter, Product Hunt, Reddit) live in your own project files on your machine, we never receive, see, or store them, and your API calls go directly from your machine to those providers.
3. How we use your data
We use your email to deliver your kit, send product updates, and send purchase receipts. That is the extent of it.
4. No sale of data
We do not sell your data to anyone, for any reason.
5. Unsubscribe anytime
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out of product updates at any time and still keep access to anything you purchased.
6. Data processors
We rely on a small number of processors to run SuprAgents: Dodo Payments (payment processing, merchant of record) and Vercel (site hosting). Each processes data only as needed to provide their service to us. If you join our private Discord, your participation there is governed by Discord's own terms and privacy policy, joining is optional.
7. Retention
We keep waitlist and order emails for as long as your account or purchase history is active with us, or until you ask us to delete it.
8. Your rights, deletion requests
You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing hello@supragents.dev. We will remove what we hold on our end, order records held by Dodo Payments follow their own retention rules as merchant of record.
9. Cookies
We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. Any cookies set on this site are strictly functional, for example to remember a checkout session.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version.
