Terms of service

1. What SuprAgents sells

SuprAgents sells digital products: downloadable agent kits (agent, skill, command, and template files) built for use with Claude Code. Depending on the tier you purchase, your kit includes the marketing team, premium skills, access to our private Discord, and the right to receive future agent teams as they are released. There is no physical product and no hosted service included in any purchase, everything runs locally in your own Claude Code setup.

The supragents-mcp research server is a free, openly published npm package and is not what you are paying for. Your purchase buys the kit content that uses it, plus updates and support.

2. Payments

All payments are processed by Dodo Payments Inc., who acts as the merchant of record for every purchase. Dodo Payments handles billing, applicable taxes, and all card data. We never see or store your card details.

3. License grant

When you buy a kit, we grant you a license for personal use or use within a single team or company. You may use the kit across as many of your own projects as you like. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish the kit files themselves, as a standalone product or bundled into another product for distribution.

4. Delivery

Kits are delivered by email as a download link after your purchase completes, along with your private Discord invite. Install instructions are included with every kit.

5. Pre-orders

Some products may be offered for pre-order before they are released. Pre-orders are charged at purchase and delivered when the product ships; we do not promise a specific release date. You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before delivery, no questions asked. Note that the premium tier already includes all future teams at no extra cost, if you own the premium tier, do not also pre-order a future team.

6. Refund policy

For delivered products: within 7 days of delivery, if the kit does not work for you, email us what you tried and what failed and we will refund you. We cannot accept refunds for downloaded products without any attempt described (digital goods cannot be returned). For undelivered pre-orders: full refund any time before delivery, as described above. Support is available via Discord and email either way.

7. Lifetime updates and future teams

Lifetime updates mean you receive updates to the kits you purchased for as long as the product exists. Where your tier includes "all future teams free", that means every new agent team we release is added to your download at no extra cost, delivered when it is released, with no promised release dates. None of this is an uptime guarantee or a service-level agreement, kits run locally in your own Claude Code setup and are not a hosted service.

8. No warranty, limitation of liability

Kits are provided as is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee any marketing outcome, follower growth, ranking, or revenue result from using the kits. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.

9. Your keys, your accounts, your responsibilities

The kits integrate with third-party services using API keys you obtain and pay for yourself: for example TwitterAPI.io (a third-party X data provider, not affiliated with X Corp), OpenRouter, Product Hunt, and optionally Reddit. Those keys live in your own project files on your machine, usage costs are billed to you by those providers directly, and their terms of service apply to your use of them. We are not responsible for third-party pricing, availability, or changes.

The agents in these kits research, plan, and draft. They have no tools to post, publish, or send anything, every public action is performed by you, from your own accounts. You are responsible for reviewing agent output before you publish it, for what you choose to publish, and for complying with the rules of each platform you publish on (including X, Reddit, LinkedIn, and Product Hunt).

10. Independent product

SuprAgents is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic. Claude and Claude Code are trademarks of Anthropic, PBC. SuprAgents is also not affiliated with X Corp, Reddit, Product Hunt, LinkedIn, TwitterAPI.io, or OpenRouter.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, except where applicable consumer protection law in your own jurisdiction requires otherwise.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version.
